1. Terms

By accessing the website at http://www.danielspielmanstudio.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Melbourne, Australia and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

9. Payment

Daniel Spielman Studio retains the right to cancel your order if payment has not been received within 1-2 business days.

10. Currency 

All prices are displayed and transacted in Australian Dollars (AUD)  

11. Shipping 

Orders are professionally printed, signed & processed within 7-10 business days of payment. All deliveries are made by Australia Post within Australia, and partners of Australia Post internationally. Please allow approximately 14 days from the date of shipment within Australia and 21 days internationally. PLEASE NOTE: these figures are only a guide and we do not have any control over your package once it is with Australia Post. Also due to Covid-19 we are unable to provide accurate delivery times. 

As of November 2020, postage costs are $8.95 regular & $11.95 express within Australia, and $24 regular & $39 express Internationally. These rates are subject to change, depending on Australia Post. 

The cost of damaged & returned items will be refunded to you at the same exchange rate at purchase, in Australian dollars (shipping fees are not refundable). 

12. Returns 

Daniel Spielman Studio stands behind the quality of the artworks we sell. We do not offer returns or exchanges of any artworks due to change of mind. However, we are happy to exchange or refund your purchase if any items arrive to you damaged. If your item is damaged upon arrival, please take photos and email them along with your order number to enquiries@danspielmanstudio.com and we will assess your claim and respond appropriately. 

13. Customs and Import Duty Information 

For all countries except Australia, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Daniel Spielman Studio does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country’s custom policy, please contact your local customs office.
